Now Hiring: Marketing Specialist for Astro

Astro has rapid growth plans in the next few years to establish itself as an industry leader in apartment hotels by developing a strong brand of managed and owned hospitality units. Astro has just raised money from top real estate investors in Silicon Valley that have bought into Astro’s vision. As they open new markets, Astro wants to be an undisputed top reputed brand for the quality of service we provide each and every customer, both landlord and guest.

The team is dedicated to unlocking defensible and scalable demand through yield management, channel distribution, direct marketing, loyalty, and referral.

As a result, Astro is looking for a Marketing Specialist that will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring campaigns across multi-channels. The role includes content creation, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of Astro.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage, develop, and maintain digital channels of Astro, including (but are not limited to) social media, online advertising, email marketing, service channels, and 3rd party affiliates.
  • Works with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials.
  • Enforces brand marketing guidelines throughout each product to create a cohesive feel for each campaign.
  • Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly digital performance of Astro and its competitors.
  • Monitor opportunities and secure online advertising partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools, and content management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
